Our Greek partners participated in the 1st Social Care & Solidarity Festival of Dionysos Municipality in Agios Stefanos from 15 to 17 September. It was a great festival with the participation of more than 22 organizations and our colleagues had the opportunity to promote the EAAD BEST program.
The purpose of the festival was to prevent, inform and raise awareness among citizens and appeal to all age groups (children, teenagers, adults, the elderly). They participated with information booths, presentation, and discussion circles. They contacted both the citizens and other organizations informing them about EAAD BEST program and about our actions. It is a great pleasure to see the interest shown by several organizations in our program and the possibility of cooperation at different levels for depression and actions for the prevention of suicidal behaviour.
